Executive Condominiums
are a form of hybrid private housing and are usually priced lower than similar private condominium developments during their launch.
These are catered mainly for Singaporeans. Exceptions are Permanent Residents(PRs) who are married to Singaporeans. Applicants must form a family nucleus and they can jointly apply to purchase these units, subject to other eligibility criteria. Buyers will be bound by some regulations similar to public housing. Foreigners are not eligible.
Another criteria for eligibility is the total monthly family income which is currently capped at S$16,000.
