EXECUTIVE CONDOMINIUMS
Executive Condominiums are a form of hybrid private housing. They are built by private developers and are catered to Buyers who have exceeded the monthly family income for public housing (HDB) but yet find the private property market beyond their financial capability. Prospective b uyers are bound by similar regulations applicable to public housing (HDB) ownership.
They may apply to purchase an Executive Condominium unit if they meet the criteria.
They are mainly for Singaporeans, the exception being Permanent Residents(PRs) who are married to Singaporeans and they can jointly apply to purchase these units. Foreigners are not eligible.
Monthly family income is currently capped at $16,000 and housing loans or mortgages will be financed through the banks and financial institutions.
