Executive Condominiums  are a form of hybrid private housing. They are built by private developers but are bound by some similar regulations applicable to public housing ownership. They cater to eligible buyers who have exceeded the monthly income cap for government-subsidised Housing Development Board (HDB)Flats.

They are mainly for Singaporeans, exception being Permanent Residents(PRs) who are married to Singaporeans may also jointly apply. Foreigners are not eligible.

Monthly family income is currently capped at $16,000 and buyers will have to take up their housing loans or mortgages with the banks and financial institutions.
